Ordering & Payment Methods
1. You may phone in your order during our office hours: Monday ~ Friday from 8:30am ~ 5:00pm (PST)
2. Fax your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to 909.902.9425 whenever it is convenient for you
3. You may also order by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
For your convenience, we gladly accept: Visa, MC, Discover, and AMEX
COD (Cash On Delivery) will incur additional tag charges. You may also prepay your order with a check or money order made payable to Pack Plus Converting.
A split case order will be assessed an additional 10% on top of the current regular price.
Net terms available upon approval. Please allow at least 2~3 weeks for credit approval.
Pack Plus ships via UPS, FedEx, and Trucking depending on customers? needs. your shipping charges are based upon the weight of your shipment. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Items ordered together may be shipped separately.
You may pick up your order in-person during the Will Call Desk business hours: Monday ~ Friday from 9:00am ~ 4:30pm (PST)

Returned items will not be accepted without prior authorization. Customer must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee on all returned merchandise. Merchandise with customized valve location, tin tie application, and labeling service cannot be returned.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please review carefully to ensure that you order products that work for you. Complete orders not picked up within 1 month after being completed will be invoiced and charged in full. If the order is still not picked up within 1 month after invoicing all product will be disposed.
